Do I need a technical background?
No. The session is built for Directors, not developers or techies. We guide you step by step, and cater for all levels of expertise.
Will the agent I'm building be secure?
The agent is built on the latest versions of Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini (multi-modal). It holds a CASA Tier 2 certificate and is in the process of getting SOC 2 and GDPR compliance.
Do I have to declare that this is an AI agent responding to emails?
At the moment, you don't need to. But a new EU law coming into effect August 2nd means that if you're emailing people in Europe, you'll be obliged to communicate that it's an AI agent. As of today, that is not the case in the UK.
What if my agent isn't perfect on the day?
It won't be, and that's the point. You leave with a working agent that already adds value, plus a two-week testing plan and a 30-minute 1-2-1 with Amber to refine it once you've seen real results.
What do I need to bring?
Your laptop and access to your inbox and calendar. We'll send a short setup checklist beforehand so nothing slows you down on the day.
Is my data safe?

Is it safe to let it read my inbox?
Yes. Leonard only ever acts within the permissions you grant. His built-in guardrails treat all email contents as untrusted and he will never follow instructions hidden inside an email. And during your first two weeks, nothing is sent without your approval.
Do I need Claude Code or GitHub?
No code and no GitHub required. It uses Claude under the hood, but you never touch any of that. This is a no-code experience from start to finish.
